Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using NODE (node.ua, and s.hey.ua for short links) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

NODE lets you create short links, QR codes, link-in-bio pages and mini-sites, view click analytics, and manage them within organizations.

3. Account

Sign-in is via Google or Telegram. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to it secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, fraud, infringing others' rights, or circumventing restrictions.

We may suspend or remove links, pages or accounts that violate these Terms or the law, without notice.

5. Your content

Content you create remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and serve it to operate the service. You are responsible for the legality of your content and destination links.

6. Plans and billing

A free tier and paid plans are available (payments via Monobank). Features depend on your organization's plan. Billing terms are shown at checkout.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee freedom from outages or data loss beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
