Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
1. Who we are
NODE is a link shortener and link-in-bio service available at node.ua (and s.hey.ua for short links). This Policy explains what data we process when you use the service.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email and avatar received from your sign-in provider (Google or Telegram) during authentication.
Content you create: short links, pages and mini-sites, QR codes, payment requisites, tags and organization settings.
Click analytics: timestamp, IP-derived data (country), device type, referrer and User-Agent — to show you statistics for your links. We do not store the full IP address as a public attribute.
Technical data: a session cookie (for login) and a temporary OAuth state cookie.
3. How we use data
To provide the service: create and serve your links and pages, manage organizations and access.
To show you click analytics and the health of your links.
To protect accounts, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for legitimate interests (security and analytics of your own links), and on your consent where required.
5. Sharing with third parties
Sign-in providers: Google and Telegram — for authentication only.
Infrastructure: Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/protection) and our hosting — to operate the service.
We do not sell your data. Sharing happens only as required by law or to provide the service via the listed providers.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and related data — just contact us.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us below.
8. Security
Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and access is restricted and controlled. We do not store third-party passwords — sign-in is handled by trusted providers.
9. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
